Photo ID REQUIRED for all cash payments.
As always, we would prefer for customers to be paid by bank transfer or cheque. If for smaller payments you require cash, to comply with HMRC regulations, we require photo ID. Acceptable ID includes a copy of your passport or driving licence.
If you send a job in for us to process and we do not have a photo ID on record starting the 1st November, we will automatically issue a cheque as payment. Thank you for your understanding.
You can provide your photo ID in person, or send a copy by email to [email protected], or through the Contact Us form on our website.
We only need a copy once, therefore you do not need it for every transaction.
