We cannot be held responsible for loss of diamonds from any of our mounts.
Some customers ask to (gun) assay items and send them back to them, we do this as a quick guide only, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these tests.
Plus Gold Refining reserves the right to resell any items sent into our offices for scrapping.
When customers ask for stones to be removed from scrap items sent to us and returned to them, we will do the best we can to remove stones as carefully as we can, but we cannot be held responsible if any of the stones break. We recommend customers remove the stones themselves before sending the items to us.
By sending any type of work to Plus Gold Refining (Mainly Solids, Lemels, and Sweeps) customers agree that Plus Gold Refining will process their work to the best of their ability and cannot be held responsible for customers disappointments or believes that they were expecting a better result. We have a complaints procedure in place and customers unhappy with results should ask for a manager to resolve the situation in an amicable way.
All jobs sent to Plus Gold for refining that contain more than 10 items will be automatically melted into a small bar and assayed, unfortunately we do not have the time to assay items individually.
Please only send items to Plus Gold on this understanding.
Customers that ask "Can you please phone with a value of my job before you melt" Plus Gold is sorry to say this cannot be done, the only way for us to get an accurate value of a job with more than 10 items is to melt the job into a bar, by sending us your items you are agreeing to this rule.
Plus gold Refining are ALWAYS more than willing to have assay results retested and for surplus flux residue to be remelted to confirm a consistent and proper melt was achieved. (At Plus Gold Refining Ltd cost)
Photographs on the www.plusgold.com web site are touched up to emphasize definition and sparkle, and customers are encouraged to come to our showroom to see the items in person to satisfy them selves of the quality of the product they wish to purchase.
